Fast grinding of wheels & rollers

  • Soremag is deemed to quickly perform regrind to your wheels and rollers, whether for:

    • rectify parallelism;

    • removing a notch, finishing and polishing;

    • cutting a crown;

    • cutting simple or complex grooves;

    • resize the table (width and depth);

    • adjust roughness of the surface;

We are available and at your service.  Your roll will be prepared according to your request within the specified schedule, it will be carefully identified, measured, corrected, cleaned, packed, protected, ready to produce again.  Emergency grinding service is available (4 hrs to 24 hrs).

Application & sanding rubber rollers (for staining/varnishing) on hardwood floor. At the reception & identification stage: on this photos, we can see some imperfections, our work will consist of completely eliminate the defects and give again a 2nd or 3rd life to your rollers. The complete history of each roller is preserved: date of construction, grinding, regrind, correction of journals or mandrel, dimensions on receipt and after grinding for each delivery (when encoded rollers).  When can encode your rollers and build special wooden crate for proper protection during transportation or storage.
