From an idea, a sample or a worn part to a part proven on your line. We design, cast or machine a first article, adjust it, then move to production — polyurethane wheels, rollers and molded parts.
Prototyping is the thread that ties our shops together — reverse engineering, mold design, polyurethane casting, machining and finishing — into a new part that works. Rather than ordering a production run and hoping, we develop the part first: geometry, durometer, profile, tolerances. Once it is proven on your line, we reproduce it in production with a process that is already established.
The same parts we produce in production runs — first as a single article to validate.
Drive wheels, guide rollers, casters: geometry, durometer and profile adjusted on a first article before the production run. See wheel covering →
Core, cover, profile (crown, concave) and grooving validated on a first roller, then reproduced identically. See roller covering →
Bushings, bumpers, wear parts: we design the mold, cast a first part, and adjust before producing. See cast polyurethane parts →
Five steps, from the starting point to production.
An idea, a sketch, a drawing, a sample or a worn part. We start from what you have.
We define the geometry, the material and the durometer; if needed we take the dimensions (reverse engineering) and we design the mold or the tooling in-house.
We cast or machine a part — or a short run — ready to try.
You install it on your line; we adjust durometer, profile or geometry based on how it actually behaves.
Once the part is approved, we move to production, with a process that is already established.
Everything is under one roof: reverse engineering, mold design and fabrication, polyurethane casting, machining and finishing. No back-and-forth between suppliers — we iterate fast, we adjust a durometer or a profile between two trials, and we do not start from scratch for production.
That is where our role as a
Yes. We take the dimensions off the existing part and, if needed, have the cover analyzed so we start from a reliable base — even with no original drawings.
From a single part to a short run. We adapt: a first article to validate, a few sample parts, then production.
Yes — that is the whole point of doing the design, the molds, the casting and the machining in-house: we adjust durometer, profile or geometry between two design iterations, without starting over.
Describe what you need — a wheel, a roller or a molded part to develop or to reproduce. We will propose an approach and a schedule.
