Roller and wheel covering, custom cast polyurethane parts and resale items — machined and finished in-house. Pick a category, or ask us and we will point you to it.
We cover, cast and machine your rollers, wheels and cast parts.

Rubber or polyurethane, refurbished on your existing core — hardness and finish to suit.

Forklift wheels, pallet jack rollers, casters and drive wheels — polyurethane or rubber.

Bushings, bumpers, wear parts (including ceramic + polyurethane), parts overmolded onto metal and much more, cast to your specs.

Driving, pressing, applying, squeezing, spreading, cooling: what the roller does in the process sets its hardness, its profile, its finish and its grooving. Every specialty has its own page — and so does each material.

Even pressure from one end of the face to the other, without marking or dishing the product — profile, concentricity and elastic recovery of the covering.

Moving the product along without slipping or marking it: traction is set by the wrap angle, the finish and the surface pattern.

Adhesives, paints, varnishes, inks, oils and dyes: laying down the right film thickness, and holding up over time against the product being transferred.

Pulling the water, the bath or the excess liquid out of a running web, in spite of the chemistry, the edge cuts and the hot humidity.

The free-turning rolls, driven by the product itself. An idler that drags will scratch: it all comes down to the bearing, the inertia and the finish.

Primary and secondary rollers for pallet wrappers (stretch wrappers): diameter and grip set the stretch ratio, and with it your film consumption.
View →
Bowed rolls (expanders) that spread the web and take out the wrinkles — curved core and a covering matched to the material.

Diamond, herringbone, spiral, circumferential or longitudinal patterns — to shed air or water, or to drive without slipping.

Contact rolls and wheels for belt sanders — hardness and grooving to match the sanding aggressiveness you are after.

Is abrasion, load or cutting what decides service life? Cast polyurethane can be formulated from soft to very hard, on your existing core.

Natural, SBR, nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, silicone: the family is picked based on what the roller touches, the temperature and how much give you want.
View →Extreme heat, non-stick, FDA food contact: the specialist for the positions where other elastomers do not last.
View →Your roller is not in any of these families? Winding, slitting, folder, capstan, foam, sleeves — send us a photo, a drawing or the worn part: we will assess feasibility.
Sizes, hardnesses, overmolding onto metal, machining tolerances: every family has its own page. And if your part fits none of them, we still reproduce it — from a drawing, from a sample or from the worn part.

Plates, sheets, pads and liners — polyurethane on its own, on a steel backing plate or with ceramic embedded.

Polyurethane cast onto steel, stainless, aluminum, hubs, shafts and inserts — the stiffness of metal, with a surface that takes the beating.

Guiding, protecting, cushioning and isolating metal-to-metal contact — bores machined to tight tolerance.

Conveyor belt scrapers, cleaning blades and flexible lips — profile and hardness to match the belt and the product.

Absorbing energy, limiting travel, cutting down impact — with or without a stud, an insert or a metal plate.

Quieter drive components, with or without a metal hub — reproduced without a drawing when needed.

OEM part, invention or off-the-shelf product: we reproduce it, adapt it, improve it — seals, pulleys, liners, guide rollers and more.

Both. We cover your existing roller, wheel or part, and we also build complete new ones: a roller with a core machined in-house, a wheel or a cast part made from your drawing or from a sample. See our three families: roller covering, wheels and cast parts.
Start from what the roller does in the machine: nipping, driving (traction), applying, squeezing, guiding… Our Rollers by specialty section groups the 12 families by function. If you are still unsure, just tell us what the roller does — we will point you to the right one.
A covering adds a layer of elastomer to an existing core — a roller or a wheel that we prepare, cover and grind. A cast part is a complete part poured in a mold: scraper, bushing, bumper, wear plate. Both processes are done entirely in our Laval shop.
Yes. Silicone is our third covering material, for high-temperature applications and contact with hot product. We also carry complementary products: nylon and Teflon rollers, plastic wheels, epoxy coatings and Rex durometers.
Probably, yes: most of what leaves the shop is custom, and we run on a challenge. Describe what you need with a photo or a sketch in a quote request — if we cannot make it, we will tell you where to get it.
